Features:
The Request Tab allows for those in need to submit specific requests for volunteer help. There is no limit to any request, whether it be delivery of an online order, or a specific grocery list. The address is randomized and never shown to the public.
The Volunteer Dashboard serves as a holding place for all open requests. Each request's location is generalized to give volunteers a sense of where the request is located, without compromising privacy.
The Map Tab gives volunteers a sense of which areas of their community need the most help. No exact locations are ever shown.
After accepting a request, volunteers can message requesters with our in-app messaging system. This is where they can exchange contact info and details regarding their request.
After completing a request, volunteers can leave reviews about their experience. These reviews help users remain accountable and respectful towards one another.
Your Profile shows you how many requests you have submitted or fulfilled. This tab also highlights your average rating, reviews, and shows which requests you are currently working on.
If anything goes wrong, users can submit a report form to raise issues about their experience. Users may also block other users.
Before signing in, users are required to read and agree to both the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

Written Tutorial:
1)Create your account, agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and click "Sign in".
2)If you are making a request, fill out a request form in the Request tab. Although addresses are randomized and never shown to the public, you do not need to enter your exact address. A general area will suffice, as this information is only used to give volunteers a sense of where your request is located.
3)When making a request, you don't need to specify every detail, as this information can be organized between yourself and the volunteer after they accept your request. You will need to specify how you plan to reimburse your volunteer, in the event that you are having them shop for you. Click "Submit Request" and wait for a volunteer to accept. Note: it is often easier to make an online order through grocery store or restaurant apps, and simply have your volunteer pick up and deliver the order. This bypasses any need for reimbursement.
4)If you are a volunteer, you can view open requests in your Volunteer Dashboard. Click "Accept Request" and a chat box will appear. Note: any messages you type in this initial chat box will not be viewable until you exit out of the chat box, and navigate to the Messages tab of the app.
5)In the Messages tab, you are able to coordinate specific details with the requester.
6)After completing the request, please enter any reviews and click "Fulfilled" in the Profile tab. You are unable to enter a review or report after fulfilling a request. If you are unable to complete the request, please click "Cancel" and the request will reappear in the volunteer dashboard.
